ISSOY is a wholesale distributor offering a broad range of products through its online storefront. As the business expanded, its existing e-commerce solutions, first WordPress and later Shopify, could no longer support the specialized pricing, bulk ordering, customer management, and operational control required by a growing wholesale business.

The Challenge

Shopify provided a useful starting point, but its standardized structure and reliance on plugins limited ISSOY’s ability to customize and scale its operations.
